The course “Legal Mastery of Public-Private Partnerships” is designed to provide knowledge on the legal aspects of public private partnerships (PPPs). Participants will gain insights into compliance and transactional requirements, particularly the processes and documents necessary to conclude a PPP. As PPPs are usually built around projects, the course exposes the risks, opportunities and other factors lawyers must consider whether as counsel, advisors, or compliance officers.
